Avemore offers warm hospitality - luxury accommodation, friendly attentive Service and a tranquil atmosphere. You are welcome to login with your netflix or showmax details should you like to watch television. Elana takes care of all the cleaning at our Avemore apartments and will be welcoming you in Stellies. Elana will send you check in details before your arrival.

We have installed back up during loadshedding to make your stay very memorable. Avemore provides family friendly accommodation. Let us know if you would like a crib or baby bath for your little one. You are also most welcome to go for a picnic, use the communal braai or relax in the Devon Valley at our Leverger Olive farm. Just let us know when you want to go.

Pre-Payment Policy
100% Deposit is required to secure your booking.

Cancellation Policy
If cancelled 30 days or less prior to arrival, you are liable for 100% of the booking total
If cancelled 60-31 days prior to arrival, you are liable for 50% of the booking total.
An admin fee of up to 10% of the booking value is charged for cancellations made 61 days or more before arrival.
Early check out and no show - will forfeit full booking total

Parking
Kindly ensure that you park on the allocated parking spot. Failure to do so may result in Avemore Apartments incurring a fine which
you would then be liable to pay. In the unlikely event that someone else has parked on your allocated spot, kindly take a picture of the
vehicle registration number and send it to us so that we may report the matter.

Cleaning
The property you have booked is NOT SERVICED daily.
You will get a complimentary cleaning service and linen change for every 7 days you stay. Elana will be in touch to arrange this with
you
If you would like to book additional cleaning services and linen changes, these should be arranged and paid in advance.

Breakage Deposit
There is no breakage deposit required, but guests will be invoiced upon Check-Out, should there be any breakages or stains on
furniture/linen, additional cleaning will be charged in extreme cases. Breakages are payable within 7 days of receiving your breakage
invoice.

Load Shedding
We have installed backup during loadshedding to make your stay comfortable. We kindly request that you alternate use of the following appliances as using them all at the same time may deplete the battery too quickly:
Microwave,
Kettle,
Toaster,
Air-conditioners.
Please also ensure that air conditioners are turned off when leaving the apartment.
